Normal Drop off is anywhere between 9-9:30am at Teddington RFC. Early Bird drop off is anytime between 8-9am. Early Bird drop off can be added for £5 per session when making a booking. Alternatively, you can turn up and pay at morning registration. Contact Camps have alternative timings so check the specific details for that event

Normal collection is anywhere between 3:30-4:00pm. Late pick up is anywhere between 4-5pm if you wish to pick up at a later time. Late pick up can be added for £5 per session when making a booking. Alternatively you can contact one of the camp managers on the day to inform them.

We recommend every child brings with them a water bottle and snacks as well as their packed lunch. They should also bring in clothing and footwear suitable for the weather e.g. hat and suncream for hot days, waterproof clothing for wet days. For contact camps a Gumshield is required.

You can check this through our ‘Book Now’ section. Once a day has reached its capacity it will be removed from the booking form as an option to select.

When finalising your bookings, you will be required to fill in a from with information about your child. Please add this information in the relevant section to inform our staff of any requirements prior to the day.

Yes. We do not currently offer any catering services. Please pack enough food to cover break times as well as lunch time.

We do a sibling discount for both single day bookings and full camp week bookings. These will be automatically added when selecting the quantity of children when booking.

For our Contact Camps yes. The RFU advise a Gumshield so they are required, if you want to wear a head guard aswel that is ok but not compulsory
